Classically trained by Texas elite photographer Norma Ramsey, with extensive instruction
from renowned photographer Dean Collins, Ed began his career in photography more
than 30 years ago.
After retiring from managing Dow Chemicals Freeport Photography Department and
operating a part-time photography business, Ed chose to expand his photography
business to a full service venture thus, Christman Imaging was born.
With the growth of the industry and the changes in formats, Ed invited longtime friend
and accomplished photographer, Eddie Lincecum to join the business in 2004. NOW we

Eddie began his formal photographic training in high school; however, it was
while attending Texas Tech University that he became serious about the possibility
of pursuing a career as a photographer. Although not his major or minor, he
accumulated eighteen hours in the subject and began accepting assignments such
as weddings and senior portraits.
Following his graduation, Eddie returned to Brazoria County to help manage
a camera store where he had worked previously. During this time he established
Lincecum Photography.
Despite leaving the camera store to work in the real estate industry, Eddie continued
to work as a photographer on his own until the opportunity arose to team up with Ed.
Additionally, Eddie currently teaches a continuing education photography class
at Brazosport College.
